Every hearing aid we provide comes with comprehensive and free aftercare, for the lifetime of your hearing aid, designed to give you complete peace of mind. This includes follow-up appointments, servicing and hearing health check-ups.

Getting the optimum performance from your hearing aids is as important to us as it is to you. So you can contact us at any time with any concerns, issues or queries you might have about your hearing healthcare and your hearing aids.

With your FREE aftercare programme, you are entitled to free follow-up appointments, annual hearing health care check-ups and hearing aid servicing.

Our hearing aids also come with up to 5 years’ warranty.

What to expect in your follow up appointment

At your follow up appointment your Audiologist will:

  • Discuss your progress and experiences so far
  • Ask you about the environments in which you’ve used your hearing aids
  • Determine whether your hearing aids need fine tuning as a result of your chat
  • Ask you whether your personal goals are being met and if not, advise what we can do to about it to help
  • Check the fit, comfort and ease of use of your hearing aids

Free annual check ups

Just like regular visits to your dentist help maintain your dental health and prevent the onset of problems, regular health care checks for your hearing are just as important.

As part of your free aftercare lifetime service, your local Audiologist will invite you to have an annual check-up of your hearing health. They will examine your ears, check your hearing and ask you how your hearing aids are performing for you. They will also service your hearing aids and make any necessary adjustments or reprogramming.
