Association of Teachers of Lipreading to Adults (ATLA)

Aiming to provide lipreading classes to anyone who needs them.

BID Services

A charity working with children and adults with hearing loss, providing support and specialist equipment.

British Academy of Audiology (BAA)

The largest association of professionals in hearing in the UK and a useful source of hearing information.

The British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (BSHAA)

The professional body that regulates independent hearing aid providers.

British Tinnitus Association

An independent charity supporting thousands of people who experience tinnitus, by providing expert advice and information.

Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The regulator for health and care professions in the UK.

Hearing Link

A service to help people with hearing loss find information, specialist services and social contact. Part of Hearing Dogs for Deaf People.

RNID

Royal National Institute for Deaf People, a charity working to make life fully inclusive for deaf people and those with hearing loss or tinnitus (previously known as Action on Hearing Loss).

British Society of Audiology (ASA)

The role of the BSA is to increase awareness and understanding of hearing, balance and the science of hearing.
